建立了恒流作用下TIG焊熔池的非稳态三维数学模型,利用FLUENT软件,通过选择合适的边界条件和热物理性能参数,强烈耦合控制方程组得到焊接熔池温度场、流场等的变化规律,针对熔池尺寸及相对于熔池中心等距点的温度,分析了在不同焊接工艺参数阶跃下的变化规律.结果表明,随着焊接大电流向小电流的阶跃,熔池的尺寸及内部的流速都有一定程度的减小,随着电弧电压、焊接速度、工件板厚和板宽的阶跃,其变化都具有一定的滞后性,通过各种调整焊接工艺参数均可以达到调节熔池尺寸的效果.
The unsteady three-dimensional mathematical model of TIG weld pool under constant current is established.
