本文报告了22例氢氟酸化学烧伤的病例,除采用常规治疗方法外,还提出了试用季铵化合物一氯化苯甲烃铵(Benzlkonium Chloride.美国药典0.1~0.133%)溶液治疗的实用价值。并与3—5%碳酸氢钠溶液对比治疗作简要评价。 氢氟酸烧伤是常见的职业损害,由于氢氟酸有较好的脂溶性和脱钙性,故一旦沾染后,它很快穿透皮肤的角质层渗透到深部组织,若处理不及时可导致严重的组织坏死,或伤及骨质造成终身残废。据资料报导:40%的氢氟酸接触皮肤一分钟后即可造成Ⅰ°~Ⅱ°的烧伤。
