中国农业科学院三十周年院庆暨全国农业科学发展战略学术讨论会,于1987年9月9～15日在京举行。参加过1957年3月1日建院大会的老一辈革命家聂荣臻同志,又为大会题词:“我国农业的大发展.离不开研究和推广先进的农业生产技术。”党和国家领导人方毅、严济慈出席了大会。方毅同志讲,解决我国农业生产特别是粮食问题,一条是改革,把农民的积极性调动起来;另一条是科技,靠从事农业科学技术事业的同志们的探索精神。在主席台就座的还有杜润生、何康,刘瑞龙、杨立功、裘维蕃、曹令中、杨显东、金善宝、卢良恕、何光文、刘志澄、李振声、黄顺兴、张春男、相重阳、刘江、项怀成、刘尧传、边秉银、奚惠达、张家谦、沈其益、陶桓馥、王常柏、谢华、梁昌武、郑重、左叶、
