农民工是我国产业工人的主体,创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。由于文化程度偏低、流动性较强、户籍制度限制等不利因素,我国农民工不能较好的享受社会保障福利。该文探讨了城乡一元户籍制度下农民工的社会保障问题,并给出了保障城乡一元户籍制度下农民工社会福利的建议。将农民工纳入社会保障体制之内,将有利于和谐社会的构建和经济的协调发展:
Migrant workers are the mainstay of China’s industrial workers and have created huge economic and social benefits. Due to the low level of education, strong liquidity and restrictions on household registration system, the migrant workers in our country can not enjoy the social security benefits well. This article explores the social security of migrant workers under the one-household urban-rural system of household registration and gives suggestions on the social welfare of rural migrant workers under the one-household urban-rural household registration system. The inclusion of migrant workers in the social security system will be conducive to the construction of a harmonious society and the coordinated development of economy.
