目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子与胎儿生长受限(FGR)的关系。方法:对2003年1月~2006年4月54例胎儿生长受限孕妇(FGR组)和54例正常孕妇(对照组)分娩后的胎盘及脐带血清进行研究。采用免疫组化检测胎盘组织中VEGF的表达情况;采用ELISA检测脐带血清中的VEGF水平。结果:VEGF在FGR组及对照组胎盘组织滋养细胞及内皮细胞中均有表达,两者表达强度依次为0.08±0.03和0.31±0.04,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),VEGF在脐带血清中具有相同的变化。结论:VEGF水平减低在FGR中具有重要作用,VEGF可能参与了FGR的发病过程。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (FGF) and fetal growth restriction (FGR). Methods: The placenta and umbilical cord serum of 54 pregnant women with fetal growth restriction (FGR group) and 54 normal pregnant women (control group) delivered from January 2003 to April 2006 were studied. The expression of VEGF in placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry. The level of VEGF in umbilical cord serum was detected by ELISA. Results: VEGF was expressed in both placental trophoblast cells and endothelial cells in FGR group and control group. The expression intensity of VEGF was 0.08 ± 0.03 and 0.31 ± 0.04 in turn, with significant difference (P <0.01). VEGF expression in umbilical cord serum In the same change. Conclusion: Decreased VEGF levels play an important role in FGR. VEGF may be involved in the pathogenesis of FGR.
