氧腐蚀严重的影响着锅炉的安全运行。为此,本文通过对工业低压锅炉运行状况的分析指出了低压锅炉除氧的经济、可行方法;并模拟工业实际,测出了不同温度、流速下铁屑除氧器的除氧效率。由实验数据设计了能满足4台4吨锅炉运行的铁屑除氧器。
Oxygen corrosion seriously affects the safe operation of the boiler. Therefore, this paper points out the economical and feasible method of deoxidizing low-pressured boiler by analyzing the operating conditions of low-pressured boilers. And according to the industrial reality, the deaeration efficiency of iron deaerator is measured under different temperature and flow rate. Designed by the experimental data to meet the four 4-ton boiler iron filings deaerator.
