阿里安5是1995~2010年投入使用的全新型运载火箭。它承担的任务有:——发射卫星、轨道站或轨道站组件——发射“赫尔墨斯”航天飞机。为了达到阿里安5的工作可靠性管理(RAMS)目标RAMS活动必须:——纳入该项目的其它所有活动贯穿到整个研制程序中并在各个研制阶段予以重视(如设计、生产、试验、使用、结构控制、超工作状态工作……)——协调可靠性/可使用性/安全性三方面的管理活动——严格地控制风险。可靠性保证管理系统(RAMS)必须严格按照有关设备、软件、操作、人员的所有风险控制程序建立。主要程序如下:——建立规范——识别与评估风险——减小风险——风险度验收。可靠性保证管理系统是一个连续、重复的过程终把风险减小到验收水平。
Ariane 5 is a new type of launch vehicle put into use from 1995 to 2010. It undertakes the following tasks: - Launch of satellite, orbital or orbital station components - Launch of the Hermes space shuttle. In order to achieve the Allianz 5 Reliability Management (RAMS) goals RAMS activities must: - All other activities included in the project go through the entire development process and be valued at all stages of development (eg design, production, testing, use, Structural control, super working state ...) - Coordination of management activities in terms of reliability / usability / safety - Strict control of risk. The Reliability Assurance Management System (RAMS) must be established in strict accordance with all risk control procedures regarding equipment, software, operations and personnel. The main procedures are as follows: - Establish norms - Identify and assess the risk - Reduce the risk - Risk acceptance. Reliability assurance management system is a continuous, repeated process to reduce the risk to the level of acceptance.
