近日,王镇恒、詹罗九两位老先生合著的《茶学知识读本》已由中国农业出版社出版发行了。两位老教授均是茶学专业毕业,又于上世纪五六十年代便开始从事茶叶教学工作,有着十分丰富的理论教学和生产实践经验。此书是两位老师在古稀之年合作
Recently, Wang Zhenheng, Zhan Luo nine two old gentlemen co-author of “knowledge of tea” has been published by the China Agricultural Press. Both old professors graduated from tea science major and began to teach tea in the 1950s and 1960s. They have rich theoretical teaching and practical experience in production.
