近十年来,我国住宅建设成绩斐然,城市居民的居住条件得到了相应改善。但是,住房的紧张状况并未完全缓解。问题出在哪里呢?城市人口膨胀,固然是原因之一,住房分配不公可能是更重要的原因。有那么一些人,或依仗权势,或通过关系,或弄虚作假,“合法”的、非法的多占公家住房。一地占多处住房者有之,神通广大的,甚至跨省、市占房。占房以后,长期不住,留给儿孙“做窝”。如果此风不刹,即使房子盖得再多,也难解无房户和住房特困户的燃眉之急。
