「中南区各城市陆上交通管理暂行规则」、「中南区各城市交通肇事损害赔偿处理暂行办法」及「中南区各城市陆上交通违警暂行罚法」,业经中南军政委员会批准颁布。自一九五○年八月一日起全区统一施行。自施行日起,所有各地单行之城市交通管理规则,交通违警罚法及处理交通肇事损害赔偿问题之规定,应一律作废。除分令各地公安机关严格执行外,合行布告
