血吸虫循环抗原已证明属于多糖。多糖抗原的提取方法颇多。已用于提取血吸虫循环抗原的方法有三氯醋酸法,及酚法。我们初步比较了二法提取血清多糖抗原的效果,用酚法提取了冻干成虫及重感染兔各种脏器的多糖,并作了抗原活性测定。现将方法及结果报告如后。
Schistosome circulating antigens have been shown to be polysaccharides. There are many extraction methods for polysaccharide antigens. Methods that have been used to extract schistosome circulating antigens include the trichloroacetic acid method and the phenol method. We initially compared the effect of the two methods for extracting serum polysaccharide antigens, extracted lyophilized adults and heavy-infected polysaccharides from various organs of rabbits, and measured antigen activity. The methods and results are now reported as follows.
