池州市位于安徽省西南部,生态环境优美,茶叶生产历史悠久,是安徽省五大重点产茶市之一。所辖三县一区一处80%以上乡镇盛产茶叶,茶农近10万户,占全市总人口的四分之一。年产干茶1029.26万kg,所产茶叶都在无公害标准以上。其中贵池区、东至县、石台县一直是祁门红茶的重要产区,产量占全省祁红产量70%,是安徽省最大的红茶出口基地。全市拥有茶园17500hm2,茶业企业450家,茶业专业合作组织87家,年生产加工茶叶
Located in the southwest of Anhui Province, Chizhou enjoys a beautiful ecological environment with a long history of producing tea. It is one of the five key tea producing cities in Anhui Province. Under the jurisdiction of three counties and one district, more than 80% of villages and towns are rich in tea and tea farmers with nearly 100,000 households, accounting for one-fourth of the total population of the city. With an annual output of 10,292,600 kg dry tea, the tea produced are above the pollution-free standards. Among them, Guichi District, east county and Shitai County have always been important producing areas of Qimen Black Tea. Its output accounts for 70% of the total output of Qijiang in the province, making it the largest black tea export base in Anhui Province.
