贵港市人民政府非常重视推散工作,专题召开了全市散装水泥工作会议。自治区建材局局长张家蔚、自治区散装办主任胡大平、市政府副市长黎志矣等有关领导到会并作了重要讲话。市散装办主任傅汝泳作了题为《抓住机遇内外并举努力把我市的散装水泥工作推上新台阶》,会上还对获得98年度推散先进单位和个人进行了表彰。黎志矣副市长在讲话中对去年我市散装水泥工作所取得的成绩给予充分的肯定,并对今年自治区下达我市15万吨的推散任务,比上年增加5万多吨,增长
The Guigang Municipal People’s Government attaches great importance to the dissemination of work and has held a special conference on the city’s bulk cement work. Zhang Jiawei, director of the Autonomous Region’s Building Materials Bureau, Hu Daping, director of the Autonomous Region’s bulk installation office, and Li Zhiyu, deputy mayor of the municipal government, attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. Fu Chuanyong, director of the Municipal Bulking Office, made an article titled “Seize the opportunity inside and outside and work hard to push the city’s bulk cement work to a new level”, and commended the advanced unit and individual who had won the 1998 promotion. In his speech, Vice Mayor Laizhi Li fully affirmed the achievements made in the bulk cement work in the city last year, and added more than 50,000 tons over the previous year to the 150,000-ton push-and-descend task of this year’s autonomous region.
