随着新课改的实施和素质教育的推进,小学数学教学模式也在随之发生转变。作为教师,应更新人才的培养观念,改变传统教学模式和教学方法,发展学生的创新思维能力,培养学生在学习过程中的动手实践能力和探索精神。教学过程中,教师要着重培养学生的创新意识,注重因材施教,以便更好地发展每一位学生的优势和潜能,为其提供更好的教育。结合课堂教学来谈谈小学数学教学中创新教育教学方法,培养创新型人才这一问题。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform and the promotion of quality education, primary mathematics teaching mode is also followed change. As teachers, we should update the concept of cultivating talents, change the traditional teaching methods and teaching methods, develop students ’innovative thinking skills, and cultivate students’ hands-on practical ability and exploration spirit in the learning process. In the process of teaching, teachers should focus on cultivating students’ innovative awareness, focusing on teaching in accordance with their aptitudes in order to better develop each student’s strengths and potentials and to provide them with better education. In combination with classroom teaching, we talk about the innovative education and teaching methods in primary mathematics teaching and the training of innovative talents.
