万能铣头的45°铣头体的两轴线角度,通常是靠T611型卧式镗床的工作台回转来实现。它的主轴孔轴线和45°轴线的空间虚交点到主轴孔端面距离,和到45°轴线斜端面的距离,都靠划线加工实现,加工精度不稳定。为了实现万能铣头批量生产,提高45°铣头体的加工效率和加工精度,设计了一种45°定位夹具装置,一同上镗床加工主轴孔及端面,既容易实现主轴轴线与45°轴线的角度精度,又便于测量加工虚交点到各端面尺寸。
