目的了解辉县市高中学生视力低下状况,为进一步做好预防保健工作提供依据。方法随即抽取辉县市一所重点高中和一所普通高中的学生进行调查。结果两所高中共计7 485名学生,视力正常的765人,占10.22%;视力不良的6 720人,占89.78%。其中轻度视力低下803人,占11.95%;中度视力低下2 463人,占36.65%;重度视力低下3454人,占51.40%。重点高中视力低下率为93.21%,普通高中视力低下率为86.73%,重点高中高于普通高中,差异有统计学意义(x2=93.04,P<0.05)。高一、高二、高三学生视力不良率分别为88.75%、89.97%、92.21%,差异有统计学意义(x2=30.19,P<0.05))。男生视力低下率为87.67%,女生视力低下率为91.17%,女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义((x2=35.60,P<0.05)。结论 2013年辉县市高中学生视力低下率较高,并且随着年级增加逐年升高,女生高于男生。
Objective To understand the situation of poor eyesight of high school students in Huixian and to provide basis for further prevention and care. The method was followed by a survey of a key high school and an ordinary high school student in Huixian County. Results A total of 7,485 students were found in the two high schools, with 765 eyes with normal eyesight, accounting for 10.22%; 6 720 eyes with poor eyesight, accounting for 89.78%. Among them, 803 were mild vision loss, accounting for 11.95%; 2 463 were moderate vision loss, accounting for 36.65%; 3454 were low vision loss, accounting for 51.40%. The prevalence of poor eyesight in high school was 93.21%, that of high school was 86.73%, and that of high school was higher than that of common senior high school (x2 = 93.04, P <0.05). The rates of poor eyesight in high school, high school and senior high school were 88.75%, 89.97% and 92.21%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (x2 = 30.19, P <0.05). The rate of vision loss in boys was 87.67%, the rate of vision loss in girls was 91.17%, girls were higher than boys, the difference was statistically significant (x2 = 35.60, P <0.05) .Conclusion High school students in Huixian in 2013 had a high rate of vision loss , And as the grade increases year by year, girls are higher than boys.
