我们把养护的相对湿度不超过60%的称为干热养护(在开始时养护的相对湿度还要低,大约在20%)。这种养护的优点是成型后的混凝土制品不需静停即可入窑,入窑以后,即可快速升温。为了解这种混凝土在八小时养护后能否达到设计标号的70%,需要怎样注意配料,干热养护制度如何,采用外加剂的效果与用量如何,我们做了三轮优选。
We call the conservation of relative humidity no more than 60% dry heat conservation (the relative humidity at the beginning of conservation is even lower, about 20%). The advantage of this kind of curing is that the molded concrete product can be put into the kiln without stopping, and after entering the kiln, the temperature can be raised quickly. To understand whether this concrete can reach 70% of the design label after eight hours of maintenance, how to pay attention to the ingredients, how to dry hot curing system, and how to use the effect and amount of additives, we made three rounds of optimization.
