我区从1978年建设“三北”防护林体系工程以来,有将近百分之六十的旗县(市)造林成活和保存面积比过去成倍增长,并有一批旗县提前或接近完成“三北”防护林建设第一期工程任务。但是从去年林业部组织的内蒙古、山西、山东、湖北、江西等五个省、自治区造林抽样调查结果来看,近两年我区造林成效还不是最好的。有些旗县造林成活率达百分之四十一以上的有效面积占统计面积的比值偏低。搞好“三北”防护林建设,必须坚持质量第一。林业部制定的《造林
Since the construction of the “Three Norths” shelterbelt project in 1978, nearly 60% of the counties (cities) afforestation and preservation areas in our region have doubled in size compared with the past and a number of flag counties have completed or are completing ahead of schedule “three North ”shelterbelt construction project of the first phase.
