今年一月,貴州省安順专署蚕种場在总結历年来干部参加劳动經驗的基础上,开始推行了“三定一頂”的劳动制度。这一新的劳动制度实行后,深受广大干部和工人群众的热烈欢迎,时間虽然不长,但是对于保証干部参加劳动經常化、制度化,对于改变領导作风、实現思想革命化,特别是知識分子劳动化,起到了很大的促进作用,从而有力地推动了生产。
