目的观察循环风类空气消毒器对医疗机构室内空气动态消毒效果。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌检测方法,对天津市部分医疗机构使用的循环风类空气消毒器使用中动态消毒效果进行了检测。结果在室内无人工作状态下,启动循环风消毒机运行30 min后,室内空气中自然菌总数均小于200 cfu/m3。在室内有人员活动情况下,启动循环风消毒机运行30 min后,室内空气中细菌总数符合Ⅱ类环境要求的合格率达到63.64%;符合Ⅲ类环境要求的合格率仅为58.62%。结论医疗机构使用紫外线循环风空气消毒机在动态条件下,只能保持50%左右空气质量符合标准要求。
Objective To observe the effect of circulating air-based air sterilizer on indoor air dynamic disinfection of medical institutions. Methods The methods of natural sedimentation sampling and bacteria detection were used to test the dynamic disinfection effect of circulating air sterilizers used by some medical institutions in Tianjin. Results In the indoor unmanned working condition, the total number of natural bacteria in indoor air was less than 200 cfu / m3 after the circulating air sterilizer was started for 30 min. In the case of indoor activities, the pass rate of total bacteria in indoor air meeting Class II environmental requirements reached 63.64% after the circulating air disinfection machine was started for 30 minutes and the pass rate of meeting Class III environmental requirements was only 58.62%. Conclusion The use of UV circulating air and air disinfection machines in medical institutions under dynamic conditions, only to maintain about 50% of the air quality in line with standard requirements.
