现代设计、现代工艺和现代测试技术是21世纪机械技术的三大支柱,动态测试技术在设备故障诊断中起着重要的作用。通过动态测试技术在某轧钢厂3200mm轧机主传动系统故障诊断的实践,得出系统弯矩和扭矩严重超标造成主传动系统故障频繁,并据此提出诸多良好的改进建议。
Modern design, modern technology and modern test technology are the three pillars of 21st century mechanical technology. Dynamic test technology plays an important role in equipment fault diagnosis. Through the practice of the dynamic test technology in the fault diagnosis of the main drive system of a 3200mm rolling mill in a rolling mill, it is concluded that the main drive system malfunctions frequently due to excessive system bending moment and torque, and many good suggestions for improvement are proposed accordingly.
