生物表面活性剂是由微生物产生的可降低界面张力的两亲性化合物。因此,生物表面活性剂可以增加溶质溶解度、生物活性以及有机物的分解速率。本研究采用海洋假单胞菌类分析了生物表面活性剂对原油回收和隔离的作用。生物表面活性剂的制备是在玻璃烧瓶内和实验室条件下完成的。本研究试验了两个pH值范围的四种不同浓度的盐溶液,以期获得打破油包水或水包油乳液将油与水隔离开来的最佳生物表面活性剂浓度。当生物表面活性剂浓度为0.1%时可以达到最好的效果。
Biosurfactants are amphipathic compounds produced by microorganisms that reduce the interfacial tension. Therefore, biosurfactants can increase solute solubility, biological activity, and rate of decomposition of organic matter. In this study, Pseudomonas aeruginosa was used to analyze the effect of biosurfactants on crude oil recovery and isolation. Biosurfactants were prepared in glass flasks and under laboratory conditions. In this study, four different concentrations of salt solution were tested in two pH ranges in order to obtain the optimal biosurfactant concentration to separate the oil and water by breaking the water-in-oil or oil-in-water emulsion. The best results are achieved when the biosurfactant concentration is 0.1%.
