某部飞行人员于1992年2月~1993年赴非洲某国执行援外任务,归来后发生疟疾1例。现报告如下。 男,42岁,歼-6飞行员。间日发作寒战、高热、大汗3天入院。3天前下午2时,感全身不适,畏寒,继以剧烈寒战。面色苍白,持续约15min。寒战消失后出现高热,体温40℃,全身酸痛,皮肤干热,3h后全身大汗淋漓,症状开始减轻,出汗后体温迅速降至37℃。次日除感疲乏处无其它不适,第3天下午1时又出现上述症状。 体格检查:体温39℃,脉膊110次/min血压
