目的 为了研究UV与UVCY两种人工晶体眼内植入後对视觉的影响。方法 应用MCT8000多能对比度仪对44例患者48眼人工晶体植入後一月至二月内进行测试。其中植入UV晶体32眼,UVCY晶体16眼。结果 发现UVCY型人工晶体在眩光状态及3c/d及6c/d窨间频率处明显优于UV型人工晶体(P<0.05)。结论 UVCY型人工晶体与UV型人工晶体比较,UVCY型人工晶体更有利于视力提高。
Objective To investigate the visual effects of intraocular implantation of both UV and UVCY intraocular lenses. Methods Forty - eight eyes of 44 patients with intraocular lens implantation were tested with the MCT8000 multi - contrast instrument from January to February after implantation. Among them, 32 eyes were implanted with UV crystals and 16 eyes with UVCY crystals. The results showed that UVCY intraocular lens in the glare state and 3c / d and 6c / d intercostal frequency was significantly better than the UV type intraocular lens (P <0.05). Conclusion UVCY intraocular lens compared with UV intraocular lens, UVCY intraocular lens is more conducive to improving visual acuity.
