采用流式细胞术及UIC2单克隆抗体(单抗)检测107例初治成人急性髓细胞白血病(AML)P糖蛋白(Pgp),并同时用一组单抗进行免疫分型。Pgp阳性细胞≥10%作为阳性。Pgp阳性率为28%,以AMLM5及杂合型急性白血病(HAL)表达最高,阳性率分别为50%及66.7%,M3未见Pgp表达。CD34、CD7、CD14及CD42b、CD61与Pgp表达高度相关(P<0.05).而CD2、CD19、CD13及CD33则与Pgp表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结果表明Pgp是成人AML对常规化疗方案反应差的重要因素。
Flow cytometry and UIC2 monoclonal antibody (mAb) were used to detect 107 cases of primary acute adult myeloid leukemia (AML) P glycoprotein (Pgp), and a group of monoclonal antibodies were used for immunophenotyping. Pgp-positive cells were ≥10% positive. The positive rate of Pgp was 28%. The highest expression of Pgp was in AMLM5 and heterozygous acute leukemia (HAL). The positive rates were 50% and 66.7% respectively. No Mg3 showed Pgp expression. The expression of CD34, CD7, CD14, CD42b, CD61 and Pgp were highly correlated (P<0.05). However, CD2, CD19, CD13, and CD33 were not significantly correlated with Pgp expression (P>0.05). The results indicate that Pgp is an important factor in the poor response of adult AML to conventional chemotherapy.
