一、前言随着爆炸加工技术的发展,爆炸消除焊接残余应力作为一种新工艺国内外都进行了大量的研究。这些研究表明爆炸法消除焊接残余应力效果显著,可以提高焊接结构抗疲劳,应力腐蚀和抗脆断的能力。资料[1]用带缺口的小型宽板试验研究了爆炸处理对脆性破坏的影响,得到了如图1所示的试验结果。此结果表明爆炸处理可显著提高焊接接头抗脆性断裂能力。对上述试验结
I. INTRODUCTION With the development of explosion processing technology, a lot of researches have been done both at home and abroad as a new technology to eliminate residual welding stress by explosion. These studies show that the explosion method to eliminate welding residual stress effect is significant, can improve the fatigue resistance of welded structures, stress corrosion and resistance to brittle fracture capacity. The data [1] studied the effect of explosive treatment on the brittle failure by using a small wide-plate test with notches, and the test results shown in FIG. 1 were obtained. This result shows that the explosion treatment can significantly improve the brittle fracture resistance of welded joints. The above test results
