R带是在染色体的纵向上显示明暗相间的带纹,它的特点是带型恰和Q带、G带相反,除Y染色体外,其余各对染色体的末端均为深带,故对揭示涉及染色体末端的缺失和易位特別有价值。近来我们对20余例白血病患者(其中ANLL10例,ALL4例,CGL8例)采用Dutrillaux等的方法结合本实验室的条件加以改良,制备骨髓细胞染色体R带获得成功。具体方法如下: 1.骨髓细胞的培养、收获、低渗和固定等均按常规进行。制成的细胞悬液保存于冰箱内至少1天以上,再取出滴片。每份标本制片9~12张,平放于滤纸上,室温下放置1小时。 2.取3只容量为50ml的立式染缸,每只缸内倒入Earle溶液各50ml,加盖后置水浴箱中,使水温升至87.5℃,然后每个染色缸内投入上述制片
The R band shows the light and dark bands in the longitudinal direction of the chromosome. It is characterized by the band type just like the Q band, and the G band is the opposite.
