2015年7月29日,工信部正式发布了《关于推进化肥行业转型发展的指导意见》(工信部原〔2015〕251号文件)。该意见将腐植酸纳入到“高效、环保新型肥料”的重点开发之中。近20年来,“腐植酸人”为构筑“土肥和谐”新关系,孜孜不倦,坚定不移,经过不懈努力,终将腐植酸纳入到国家化肥转型指导意见之中,可喜可贺。
On July 29, 2015, the Ministry of Industry and Information officially promulgated the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Transformation and Development of Chemical Fertilizer Industry (Document No. 251 [2015] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). The opinion of humic acid into the “efficient, environmentally friendly new fertilizer,” the focus of development. In the past 20 years, “humic acid ” to build “new relationship between soil and fertilizer harmony ”, tirelessly, unswervingly, through unremitting efforts, and finally into the national humic acid into the guidance of the transformation of chemical fertilizers, gratifying.
