目的:观察通络糖泰方对早期糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠血清TNF-α水平的影响。方法:SD大鼠以120mg/kg体重隔日腹腔注射2%四氧嘧啶生理盐水溶液,按血糖值随机分为通络糖泰高、低剂量组,二甲双胍组,模型组,另设正常对照组,治疗12周后,测定各组大鼠空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、血清TNF-α水平和坐骨神经传导速度。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠坐骨神经传导速度明显减慢,TNF-α、GSP水平显著升高。通络糖泰浸膏高剂量能降低大鼠血清TNF-α、GSP水平,改善坐骨神经传导速度。结论:通络糖泰方能改善实验性DPN大鼠神经传导功能,可能是通过改善慢性炎症状态及糖代谢紊乱发挥作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Tongluo Tangtaifang on the level of serum TNF-αin early diabetic peripheral neuropathy rats. METHODS: SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with saline of 2% alloxan at 120mg / kg body weight every other day. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: Tongluotai high and low dose group, metformin group and model group. The normal control group, After 12 weeks of treatment, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein (GSP), serum TNF-α level and sciatic nerve conduction velocity were measured in each group. Results: Compared with the normal group, the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve in model group was significantly slowed down and the levels of TNF-α and GSP were significantly increased. Tongluotangtai high-dose extract can reduce serum TNF-α, GSP levels and improve the sciatic nerve conduction velocity. Conclusion: Tongluotai Decoction can improve the nerve conduction function in experimental DPN rats, which may play a role in improving chronic inflammatory state and disorder of glucose metabolism.
