简述了应用表面贴装技术(SMT)设计超小型FM—VCO的过程,给出了性能指标。通过本文说明SMT不仅在中低频,而且在微波波段,亦具有广阔的应用前景。
The process of designing the subminiature FM-VCO with surface mount technology (SMT) is briefly described, and the performance index is given. This article shows that SMT not only in the low frequency, but also in the microwave band, but also has broad application prospects.
