2012年人力资源社会保障工作总体要求是:以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观和省委第九次党代会精神,以“民生为本、人才优先”为主线,以服务中原经济区建设为中心,以助力“三化”协调发展为导向,以改革创新为动力,以保障和改善民生为根本目的,统筹城乡就业和社会保障,统筹人力资源开发和各类人才队伍建设,加快人事制度改革步伐,加强公务员队伍和制度建设,推进工资收入分配制度改革,积极构建和谐劳动关系,为全面推进中原经济区建设、加快中原崛起河南振兴做出积极贡献。
