关于牙轮钻头轴承载荷的研究,国内外都做过不少工作,已经取得了一定的成绩。但是,在钻头轴承的动载方面探讨的却比较少。对牙轮钻头轴承进行动载测试分析非常必要。最理想的情沉是在实际钻井情况下对钻头轴承的载荷进行测试。可是由于受到测试条件的限制,目前国内外对钻头轴承的研究工作大多数还是在实验台上进行的。 我们用现行实际生产的牙轮制成实验钻头,在实验台上开展对钻头轴承的动载测试,并采用随机过程的分析方法对钻头轴承载荷的测试曲线进行分析处理。 为了便于分析对比,我们从单牙铃单齿圈打钢井底作起,进而作单牙轮各种齿圈的组合打钢井底、单牙轮破岩、全钻头三牙轮破岩等各种情况,即从简单的情况作到接近实际的破碎岩古的情况。
