笔者用自拟的通淋益气汤治疗尿路结石3例,取得一定疗效。3例均为男性,并经X线摄片检查确诊。通淋益气汤由金钱草、海金砂、车前子、木通、木香、牛膝、党参、茯苓、甘草等组成,其湿热偏重者加茵陈,气虚乏力或胃脘疼痛者加淮山、白术,肾虚腰痠、头晕、耳鸣者加川断、枸杞。3例中,膀胱结石1例,服药28剂后排石;输尿管下端结石并肾结石1例,服药26剂后,输尿管下端结石排出,肾结石(约2×1 cm)未能排除;输尿管结石1例,服药60剂后排石。

In 3 cases, one case of bladder stones and 28 cases of back-row stone were treated with ureteral calculi; one case of lower ureteral calculi and kidney stones, 26 cases of ureteral stones were discharged from the lower ureter stones and renal stones (about 2 × 1 cm) 1 case, taking 60 doses of stone row.
