改革开放30年来,我国沿海港口建设取得了巨大的成就,环渤海经济带和长三角经济带成为我国经济发展最快的地区。随着经济全球化的不断深入,我国将更多地参与国际经济合作,港口和腹地区域作为我国对外开放的基地,将扮演着愈发重要的角色。天津和上海作为我国北方和南方的贸易中心,将在未来经济发展中发挥更加重要的作用。因此,我国可以实施“天”“海”战略。从地域上,分别以“天”津和上“海”为北方和南方区域经济发展的临海前沿中心;从行业上,以航“天”和航“海”作为发展的两翼,推进我国临海区域经济的发展,以此带动我国整体区域经济和海洋、航空、航天产业的大发展。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, great achievements have been made in the construction of China’s coastal ports. The economic belt around the Bohai Sea and the Yangtze River Delta has become the fastest-growing region in China’s economy. With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, China will participate more in international economic cooperation. As a base for opening up to the outside world, the port and hinterland regions will play an increasingly important role. Tianjin and Shanghai, as trade centers for the north and south of our country, will play an even more important role in the future economic development. Therefore, our country can implement the strategy of “day”, “sea”. From the geographical point of view, they are the frontier centers for the economic development of the northern and southern regions, respectively, with “Heaven”, “Jinhe” and “Sea” Development of the two wings to promote China’s coastal economic development, in order to promote China’s overall regional economy and marine, aviation, aerospace industry, the great development.
