In order to improve ideological and political qualifications, leading cadres demand that they should follow the requirements set out in Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important political and political guidance in regard to the five elements of the qualities of politicians proposed by the Fourth Plenum of the 14th Plenary Session, Political views, political discipline, political discrimination, political acumen and other aspects of tempering themselves and improve themselves.
