利用模场的高斯近似分布求解掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)的速率方程组,得出单模光泵浦放大单模信号光时的增益表达式,并利用它研究信号增益和光纤主要参数间的关系.本文可用于指导EDFA的设计.
The Gaussian approximation distribution of mode field is used to solve the rate equation of EDFA. The gain expression of single-mode optical pump for amplification of single-mode signal light is obtained and used to study the relationship between signal gain and the main parameters of fiber relationship. This article can be used to guide the design of EDFA.
