在交易费用理论和规模经济理论的基础上,文章提出了供应链整合、企业规模和绩效的关系假说。通过我国沪深两市A股上市公司2007年~2013年的数据,验证了这些假说。研究结果表明:供应链整合能够有效促进企业绩效,但是企业规模过大会抑制供应链整合对企业绩效产生的作用。企业在经营过程中,要注意保持合理的规模,发挥供应链整合的优势。
Based on the theory of transaction costs and the theory of economies of scale, the article puts forward the hypothesis of relationship between supply chain integration, firm size and performance. Through the data of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2013, these hypotheses were verified. The results show that: supply chain integration can effectively promote the performance of enterprises, but the oversize of enterprises can inhibit the effect of supply chain integration on enterprise performance. Enterprises in the business process, we must pay attention to maintaining a reasonable scale, to play the advantages of supply chain integration.
