交响曲创作中的民族化,一直是中国作曲家探讨的重要话题。半个多世纪以来,郭祖荣从五声性民族化旋律的提炼和拓展,到五声性调式和声构筑、中西旋律发展手法的融合、全音阶与十二音序列的改造和出新、中外音乐曲式结构的重构、以及传统与现代复调思维的综合运用等各方面都做了很多有益的探索。本文解读郭祖荣交响曲民族风格的追求和探索,为当代交响曲的创作提供借鉴和参考。
