以槐豆胶为原料,进行酸降解,再以氯乙酸为羧甲基化试剂,在适当的条件下进行羧甲基化反应,获得降解槐豆胶羧甲基化衍生物。考察分子量及酸碱比对产物羧甲基含量的影响,确立较优化的羧甲基化反应条件。并通过红外对结构进行表征。以降解槐豆胶羧甲基化衍生物为净化剂,研究其清除血浆中纤维蛋白原(Fib)的性能。结果表明,在pH5.10,净化剂体系浓度为1500mg/L时,可使纤维蛋白原下降近100%,同时血浆总胆固醇(TC)下降35%,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇下降40%,而总蛋白和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)无明显变化。
Using locust bean gum as raw material, acid degradation was carried out, then carboxymethylation reaction was carried out with chloroacetic acid as carboxymethylation reagent, carboxymethylation reaction was carried out under appropriate conditions to obtain carboxymethyl demethylated derivative of locust bean gum. The effect of molecular weight and acid-base ratio on the carboxymethyl content of the product was investigated to establish a more optimized carboxymethylation reaction conditions. The structure was characterized by infrared. The degradation of fibrin (Fib) in plasma was studied by degrading the carboxymethyl derivative of locust bean gum as a scavenger. The results showed that at pH5.10, the concentration of the scavenger system was 1500mg / L, the fibrinogen could be reduced nearly 100%, while the plasma total cholesterol (TC) decreased 35%, low density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased 40%, while the total No significant changes in protein and high density lipoprotein (HDL).
