目的探讨常州市高职生的一般自我效能感与人格特质、家庭教养方式的关系。采用一般自我效能感量表、艾森克人格问卷简式量表和家庭教养方式量表对208名高职生进行问卷调查。结果表明:一般自我效能感和人格特质中的内外向和神经质维度、家庭教养方式中的除父母过度保护外的各维度之间的相关均有显著意义;回归分析发现,内外向、神经质和父母情感温暖以及父母拒绝否认都对一般自我效能感有很强的预测作用。结论表明:人格特质中的内外向和神经质2个维度,家庭教养方式中的父母情感温暖和父母拒绝否认2个维度是预测高职生一般自我效能感的重要变量。
Objective To explore the relationship between general self-efficacy and personality traits and family rearing patterns of vocational college students in Changzhou. A total of 208 vocational college students were surveyed using the General Self Efficacy Scale, the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Simple Scale and the Family Parenting Style Scale. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between the introversion and extroversion and neuroticism in general self-efficacy and personality traits, and all dimensions of family rearing except for the over-protection of parents. Regression analysis showed that both extroversion, neuroticism and parents Emotional warmth and parental rejection of denial all predict strongly the general self-efficacy. The conclusion shows that the two dimensions of personality traits, such as extroversion and neuroticism, parental warmth in family rearing and parents’ refusal to deny two dimensions are important variables in predicting general self-efficacy of higher vocational students.
