目的:探讨甲状腺术后患者应用去氨加压素致重度低钠血症频发的原因,促进临床合理用药。方法:对本科应用去氨加压素过程中发生重度低钠血症的6例甲状腺术后患者进行回顾性分析。结果:甲状腺术后患者由于进食流质及联用地塞米松,易诱发重度低钠血症。结论:术后需进食流质或应用糖皮质激素的患者,应慎用去氨加压素止血。
Objective: To explore the reasons for the frequent use of desmopressin-induced hyponatremia in thyroid patients and to promote the rational use of clinical medicine. Methods: Six cases of thyroid postoperative patients with severe hyponatremia who underwent desmopressin therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Patients with thyroid surgery due to eating fluid and dexamethasone, easy to induce severe hyponatremia. CONCLUSIONS: Patients who require fluid or glucocorticoid after surgery should be treated with desmopressin.
