对20例急性白血病患者曾用了大剂量的联合化疗,得到诱导缓解。其中8例患者并用过6—巯基嘌呤600毫克/米~2/天,共5天;口服强的松200毫克/天,共5天;静脉注射氨甲喋呤6毫克/米~2/天,共5天;静脉注长春新碱2毫克/天,共1天。另外12例用阿拉伯胞嘧啶糖苷100—125毫克/米~2/天,共5天;静注环磷酰胺100—125毫克/米~2/天,灭共5天;
