面对各种压力,职场人员都希望自己能有所成就并且得到上司的褒奖,为此很多人全身心地投入到工作中,以至于工作成瘾,最后变成了不折不扣的工作狂。当生活的重心全部向工作倾斜的时候,不仅会影响正常的日常生活,对健康也无益,尤其是心理健康。
In the face of all kinds of pressure, the workplace staff hope that they can accomplish something and get the boss’s compliment, for which a lot of people devoted themselves to the work, so that work addiction, and finally into a workaholic. When the focus of life is all tilted toward work, it will not only affect normal daily life but also be of no benefit to health, especially mental health.
