2007年年初,北京人民大会堂中华慈善事业突出贡献奖新闻发布会上,一位70岁的老人充满热情和活力的声音响彻会堂。他是叶逢林,乐清市民营企业扶贫济困总会(以下简称总会)常务副秘书长,作为总会的“管家”,他正在向大家介绍“乐清经验”。乐清是温州的一个县级市,2003年总会就诞生于此。温州的民营企业素以思维活跃、意识超前为外界所称道。而乐清民企把创新思维用到了慈善事业上——民企抱团行善。作为全国首家民营企业联合扶贫机构,总会一直以来备受海内外媒体关注。4年后,“乐清经验”再次成为媒体的焦点。原因在于,除了总会获得“中华慈善事业机构突出贡献奖”外,正泰集团公司董事长南存辉、德力西集团董事局主席胡成中、天正集团公司董事长高天乐3人也被授予“中华慈善事业突出贡献奖”,并当选为“中华慈善人物”。而这三者分别是总会的会长、名誉会长及副会长,南存辉和胡成中也是总会的发起人。一个县级市有3名个人、1个集体同时获此殊荣,这在全国也属罕见。
