本文从探讨情商和非智力因素概念入手,辨析情商和非智力因素的异同。情商与非智力因素的相同点主要体现在三个方面:都属于非理性范畴,强调是后天培养的,与成功有密切的关系;不同点是情商注重与他人合作和情绪的管理,而非智力因素则注重自律自励,激发积极性。
This article starts with the concept of emotional intelligence and non-intellectual factors, and analyzes the similarities and differences between emotional intelligence and non-intellectual factors.
