2003年,因为机构改革,我被安排到固原市原州区张易镇的一所乡村小学任教。本着哪儿需要到哪儿的信念,当时我万分激动,认为从事教育事业完全是圆我的梦。之前,我已在乡水利工作岗位上奋斗了五年。尽管水利工作带给了我不少欢乐,我也曾因为自己的努力赢得了很多荣誉,然而,在我心里,为人师的理想一直是我梦寐以求的。小学时代,每当看到老师走上三尺讲台,我便怀着将来也做教师这样的梦想大声说:“老师好!”老师也很热情地说:“同
In 2003, because of the institutional reform, I was assigned to a rural primary school in Zhangyi Town, Yuanzhou District, Guyuan. In the belief of where I need to go, I was extremely excited at that time and thought that engaging in education was completely my dream. Before, I have been working in rural water conservancy work for five years. Although water conservancy has given me a lot of joy, I also won a lot of honors because of my efforts. However, in my heart, the ideal of being a teacher has always been my dream.
