随着我国市场经济的逐步繁荣,社会、经济、生活强烈地呼唤信息化,于是一个为信息化提供基础技术设施的“三金工程”便引起了人们的普遍关注。概括说来,“三金工程”即“金桥工程”、“金卡工程”和“金关工程”。“金桥工程”是要建立国家共用经济信息网,具体目标是要建立一个覆盖全国,与国务院各部委专用网相连.并与30个省市自治区、500个中心城市、1.2万个大中型企业、100个计划单列的重点企业集团,以及如三峡工程、大亚湾核电站等国家重点工程连接的国家共用经济信息通信网。这个网是以光纤、卫星、微波、程控、无线移动等多种方式,形成空、地一体的网络结构,并与邮电系统数据网互为备用,它可传输数据、话音、图像等信息。
With the gradual prosperity of the market economy in our country, the society, economy and life strongly call for informationization. The network is based on fiber, satellite, microwave, program-controlled, wireless mobile and other means to form an air and land network structure, and each postal system data network standby each other, it can transmit data, voice, images and other information.
