目的:检测Grase病(GD) 13 1I治疗前后细胞因子的变化,探讨GD的发病机制。方法:采用放射免疫分析法检测6 8例GD患者13 1I治疗前和治疗后3个月、6个月外周血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF -α)和白细胞介素 6 (IL- 6 )浓度变化。结果:GD患者TNF- α、IL 6明显高于正常对照组,经13 1I治疗后TNF α、IL 6逐渐下降,但仍高于正常对照组。TNF -α、IL- 6与甲状腺激素无明显相关性。结论:TNF- α、IL- 6的异常与GD的发病机制、病程和治疗结果密切相关。
Objective: To detect the changes of cytokines before and after Grae’s disease (GD) 1311 treatment and to explore the pathogenesis of GD. Methods: The radioimmunoassay was used to detect the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in 13 patients with GD before and after treatment for 3 months and 6 months. Results: The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in GD patients were significantly higher than those in normal control group. The levels of TNFα and IL-6 decreased gradually after treatment with 131I, but were still higher than those in normal controls. TNF-α, IL-6 and thyroid hormone no significant correlation. Conclusion: The abnormalities of TNF-α and IL-6 are closely related to the pathogenesis, course of disease and treatment outcome of GD.
