泪囊鼻腔吻合术是治疗慢性泪囊炎较理想的方法之一,尽管手术方法不断改进,其成功率不断提高,但仍有失败的可能。本文就我院10年来手术后失败的42例进行分析,现报告如下。对象与方法本文统计我院自1980年以来行泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者743例800眼,随访1～10年,手术成功758眼,失败42例42眼,占5.25%。失败的42例中,男12例,女30例,年龄21～48岁,术后失败最短1天,最长5年,多为1～2年。手术方法与目前所采用方法基本
Dacryocystorhinostomy is an ideal method for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Despite the continuous improvement of surgical methods and the ever-increasing success rate, there is still a possibility of failure. This article on our hospital 10 years after the failure of 42 cases were analyzed, are as follows. Subjects and Methods In our hospital since 1980, 743 patients with dacryocystorhinostomy were enrolled in this study. The patients were followed up for 1 to 10 years, 758 eyes were successful, 42 eyes were 42 eyes, accounting for 5.25%. Of the 42 patients who failed, 12 were males and 30 were females, aged 21 to 48 years. The shortest postoperative failure was 1 day and the longest was 5 years, mostly 1 to 2 years. Surgical methods and methods used at the present basic
