小柴胡汤验案2则

小柴胡汤出自《伤寒论》，为和解少阳的代表方剂，既能透解半表之邪，又可防邪深入，使邪尽去而无后患，广泛应用于内伤杂病。罗益宽教授熟谙诊法，善抓主症，辨证巧妙，并善用经方，笔者有幸侍诊，受益匪浅，现举例如下。１寒战 王某，男，５４岁，１９９９年６月１８日初诊。
